Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at DG ISHK Foundation greatly appreciate your support through donations and purchases of our products. We strive to ensure a positive experience for all our donors and customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation and refund requests are necessary. To facilitate the process, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

Donations:
a. Once a donation is made to DG ISHK Foundation, it is considered non-refundable. We allocate these funds to our ongoing projects and initiatives immediately to maximize their impact. However, if you have made an error in the donation amount or require assistance, please contact our support team (divineglobalishkfoundation@gmail.com) within 24 hours of the donation, and we will do our best to assist you.

Products:
a. Order Cancellation:
You may cancel an order for a product purchased from our NGO before it is shipped or produced, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team ([divineglobalishkfoundation@gmail.com]) as soon as possible, mentioning your order details.
If your cancellation request is received before the product is shipped or produced, we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund.
However, if the product has already been shipped or produced, we will not be able to cancel the order.
b. Refunds for Products:
In case of defective or damaged products received, please contact our support team (divineglobalishkfoundation@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs, to assess the situation.
If the defect or damage is confirmed, we will provide you with the option of a replacement product (if available) or a full refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the confirmation of the refund.
Exceptions and Disputes:
a. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancellation request in cases where the terms and conditions of this policy have not been met.
b. Refunds will not be provided for products that have been altered, used, or damaged by the customer.
c. In the case of disputes or disagreements regarding refunds or cancellations, we encourage open communication. Please reach out to our support team (divineglobalishkfoundation@gmail.com) with any concerns, and we will work towards a resolution.
Note: It is important to keep in mind that donations made to DG ISHK Foundation are tax-deductible(under 80G after submission of Pancard/Adhaar Card to avail rebate on income tax) to the extent permitted by law. Refunds for donations may have tax implications, and we recommend consulting with a tax professional for guidance.
